The Post Cover closes an unused slat channel on compatible Alumission posts. It creates a clean finished face for end conditions, transitions, and custom layouts where a channel is not carrying slats.
The 6063-T6 aluminum profile snaps into the post interface and can be cut to the required installed length.

No. This profile closes the larger slat channel; the narrow snap cover conceals screw channels.

Can this aluminum profile be cut?
Yes. It can be cut with suitable aluminum-cutting equipment and a fine-tooth blade. Measure carefully and deburr cut edges before assembly.
Will a cut edge rust?
No. Aluminum does not rust like steel.
Will every powder-coated part be exactly the same color?
Yes. Mass-production powder coating is very accurate. As with any finished material, compare parts together before final assembly.
Is this product fireproof?
Yes. The aluminum profile is non-combustible. Complete system performance also depends on adjoining materials and the installed assembly.
