The Aluminum Post 3 Channel is Alumission’s main fence post for clean inline runs and 90-degree corner conditions. The three integrated channels allow the same post profile to receive fence slats from opposite sides for an inline layout or from adjacent sides for a corner layout.
This post is designed for fence applications only. It is not intended to serve as a gate frame. Each slat channel provides a controlled receiving area for Alumission fence slats, while compatible snap covers can conceal fastening channels and create a finished architectural appearance.
The reinforced center cavity is sized to accept a 1-1/4″ × 1-1/4″ steel tube. The steel insert may be used where a compatible base-plate assembly or the project design requires internal reinforcement. For in-ground fence installations, the aluminum post may also be set directly into concrete without an internal steel tube when the footing and complete fence design are suitable for the site.
When two channels are used for an inline or corner fence connection, the remaining channel can support a built-in post-lighting design. Compatible lighting components and the post-cover light diffuser are sold separately, allowing the unused channel to become a clean integrated lighting feature.
