Your space. Your layout.

Start with 48″-wide panels. Use a straight screen or build around a corner, with a layout that suits your yard and leaves the access you need.

Illustrative straight, L, U, Z and T layouts with three 48-inch-wide aluminum privacy screen panels
Layout examples shown in Los Angeles Style. The same planning options apply across all five styles. Secure every post; this is not a folding screen.

Choose your panel count: One panel screens a single view. Two panels create a straight run or corner. Three panels add U, Z and T arrangements. Four panels extend the screened area. Check the finished footprint, equipment clearances and service access before fixing post positions.

A cleaner view. A layout that fits your space.

The Alumission Los Angeles Style Aluminum Privacy Screen & Enclosure Kit turns everyday outdoor utility areas into a considered part of your yard. Every panel is 48 inches (4 feet) wide, so you can plan a single screen, extend a straight run or turn a corner around the area you want to hide.

Broad horizontal slats with evenly spaced openings create a clean, balanced look. Match the look to your home with Black, Bronze, Dark Gray, Light Gray or White.

One kit, many outdoor uses

  • AC unit screening: soften the view of an outdoor condenser while leaving its required ventilation and service space.
  • Pool equipment enclosures: screen pumps, filters and exposed utility areas while keeping controls accessible.
  • Trash and recycling bins: create a tidier bin area with room to open lids and roll bins out.
  • Patios, gardens and storage: define a seating area, hide garden supplies or screen a side yard.

Choose your configuration

  1. Height: 48″, 60″ or 72″.
  2. Panel count: one, two, three or four 48″-wide panels.
  3. Finish: five powder-coated colors.
  4. Installation: In-Ground posts or surface-mounted Post Bases.

Plan your shape before you install

Use the modular panels in straight, L, U, Z or T arrangements as your panel count and site allow. Three panels can form a three-sided U enclosure, an L with a longer front, a stepped Z screen, a T divider or a straight run. The posts have three channels to support straight connections and right-angle returns. Plan post positions and access openings before anchoring; this is an installed screen system, not a hinged folding screen.

Each panel is 48″ wide. Two, three and four panels provide 96″, 144″ and 192″ of combined panel width respectively; the finished footprint also depends on the posts, corners and layout. These totals are not the clear internal size of an enclosure.

What comes in the kit?

Style-specific aluminum slats, three-channel posts, channel covers, post caps and L-brackets with screws are included according to your selected height and panel count. Spacers are included where the style uses gaps. Post Base kits also include steel post bases and aluminum base covers. Equipment, bins, landscaping, gates, concrete and site-specific foundation anchors are not included in the listed parts package.

Before you order

Measure the equipment or bins, then add the clearance required for airflow, exhaust, maintenance, lid opening and removal. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s installation instructions. Slat openings alone do not establish adequate ventilation. Choose foundations and anchors for your surface, height and site conditions.

Broad horizontal slats with evenly spaced openings create a clean, balanced look.

How wide is each privacy screen panel?

Each panel is 48 inches (4 feet) wide. Choose one to four panels. Include the posts and corners when planning the installed footprint; combined panel width is not the clear space inside an enclosure.

Can I use this as an AC unit or pool equipment enclosure?

Yes, it can visually screen AC units, pool pumps, filters and other outdoor equipment. Keep the manufacturer-required airflow, exhaust and service clearances, leave the top open where required, and do not block access to controls.

Will it work around trash or recycling bins?

Yes. Measure the full bin footprint and leave enough space to open lids and wheel bins out. An L or U layout can screen the view while leaving an access side open.

Can I arrange the panels in different shapes?

Yes. Depending on panel count, use straight, L, U, Z or T layouts with the three-channel posts. Set the shape before installing the posts. Changing the layout later may require removing anchors, relocating posts and rebuilding foundations.

How many panels do I need for a U-shaped enclosure?

Three panels can make a U: one rear panel and two side returns, with an open front. For a wider U, a four-panel layout can use two rear panels and one return on each side. Check the usable internal space against the equipment and its required clearances.

What makes Los Angeles Style different?

Broad horizontal slats with evenly spaced openings create a clean, balanced look.

Is the screen completely opaque?

This style has intentional openings between slats, so some visibility remains. The amount you can see through depends on viewing angle, lighting and the slat pattern.

Which installation method should I select?

Choose In-Ground for posts set into suitable ground foundations. Choose Post Base for mounting to an appropriate structural surface with compatible anchors. Do not assume thin pavers or loose paving can provide sufficient anchorage.

Is a gate included?

No. These variations are screen panel kits. Leave an access opening in your layout or plan a separately specified gate solution.

Can the screen stand freely or fold like a room divider?

No. Secure every post using the selected installation method. The panels are modular for planning different layouts, but they are not a freestanding or hinged folding screen.

Can I use it as a pool safety fence?

These kits are offered for privacy and equipment screening. Do not rely on them as a certified pool safety barrier.

How do I care for the aluminum finish?

Clean gently with mild soap and water, then rinse. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners. Periodically check the posts, brackets and anchors and address loose connections.
