What is included
Every size includes two Aluminum Post 2 Channels, four matching snap covers, two matching two-channel post caps, the style-specific slats below, and one pack of 50 #6 self-tapping 1/2″ screws. Slats are supplied at the nominal selected panel width. Quantities below apply to every width in that height.

Installation method
In-Ground: install the extended posts in concrete footings designed for your soil, height and exposure. The stock lengths above allow for embedment and field cutting.
Post Base: includes two zinc-coated steel post bases and two aluminum base covers. Anchor to a suitable structural surface, fit the covers, then sleeve and secure the posts over the steel tubes. Cut the stock posts to suit the required finished height. Silicone seals the base contact and penetrations.
Concrete, site-specific anchors, sealant, tools and any additional reinforcement are not included. The selected size/color price is the same for both methods.
Measure once, plan the full assembly
The selected width is the scheduled slat-stock length. It is not the clear distance between posts. With a full 72″ slat and approximately 1″ engagement per end, the illustrative clear opening is 70″, post centers are 73.5″, and outside-post width is 77″. Verify actual fit and tolerances before cutting.
Kit heights are nominal. The final height depends on the style’s infill stack, gaps, caps, ground clearance and mounting method. Each drawing labels the actual example dimensions.

Pair this fixed panel with a matching Aluminum Gate Kit or continue the look with Aluminum Fence Kits. A gate leaf, hinges and lock are sold separately. Gate-bearing posts require the correct reinforcement and installation for the gate loads.

Miami Side Panel Questions & Answers
What is a side panel kit?
A fixed fence panel used to fill the space beside a gate or finish a short fence run. It does not swing open and does not include a gate leaf, hinges or a lock.
Which size should I choose?
Choose the nominal width and height closest to your planned panel. Widths are the scheduled slat-stock lengths, not a guaranteed clear opening or outside-post width. Measure the opening, allow for the posts and channel engagement, and confirm the cut plan before installing.
Are the posts included?
Yes. Each kit includes two two-channel aluminum posts, four matching snap covers and two matching post caps. Posts are supplied at 6′ for nominal 4′ kits and 8′ for nominal 5′ and 6′ kits, then cut or embedded to suit the installation.
What changes with In-Ground versus Post Base?
In-Ground uses the extended posts in properly designed concrete footings. Post Base includes two steel post bases and two base covers; the aluminum posts sleeve over the steel inserts. Choose anchors for the structural surface. Concrete, site anchors and sealant are not included.
Does Post Base cost extra?
The displayed size-and-color price applies to either installation method. Select the method before adding the kit to your cart.
Can I make the panel narrower?
Yes. Slats can be cut with suitable aluminum-cutting equipment. Measure between the actual channels and allow for end engagement before cutting. Cut or modified material is not returnable.
Is the finished height exactly 4′, 5′ or 6′?
These are nominal kit heights. Slat counts, gaps, post caps, ground clearance and the base cover affect the finished dimension. Lay out the supplied parts and confirm the required installed height before cutting. The shop drawings show actual example stack dimensions.
Which color options are available?
Black, Bronze, Dark Gray, Light Gray, White and Wood. Every non-black finish is priced 17% above the Black price for the same size. Wood is a finish on aluminum, not timber.
Can the panel support my gate?
Gate hinge and latch posts must be sized and reinforced for the specific gate and loads. Do not assume a side-panel post is an approved hinge post. Coordinate the gate’s support requirements before joining the assemblies.
Are the screws and spacers included?
The scheduled kit includes one pack of 50 #6 self-tapping 1/2″ screws. Spaced styles include the scheduled packs of 25 half-inch spacers; New York uses no spacer packs. Site anchors and any extra reinforcement fasteners are separate.
How do I protect the base from water?
Seal the base contact area and penetrations with suitable silicone, while preserving the surface’s drainage and waterproofing design. The cover hides the mounting hardware; it does not waterproof the installation by itself.
How do I clean the panels?
Use mild soap and water with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. Powder-coated aluminum does not need routine staining like wood.
Is shipping free?
Yes. These kits include free shipping. The product selector shows the price of the complete selected kit before applicable tax.
Can I return a kit?
Standard kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery when unused, uninstalled and in original condition, according to the store return policy. Cut or modified material is not eligible; customers pay return shipping for eligible standard returns.
