Modern Aluminum Gate in Miami Beach, FL

About the Area

It is a beach community in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The municipality is positioned on man-made and natural barrier islands between the Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

In terms of real estate, it consists primarily of small (studio to two bedrooms) to medium-sized (three to four bedrooms) high-rise apartments/apartment complexes and single-family homes. The majority of residential properties are occupied by both renters and owners. Many of the residences were built between 1970 and 1999, so they are not very old, but they are established.

A number of residences have also been built since 2000. The climate in Miami Beach is tropical monsoon. Miami Beach experiences a distinct wet season and dry season, like much of Florida. Showers and thunderstorms are common during the tropical rainy season from May to October.

November through April are the dry months when there are few showers, sunshine, and low humidity. Weather conditions in this area cause many homeowners to choose modern aluminum fencing and gates instead of traditional wooden fences that rot over time. Apparently, this preference has to do with the fact that Aluminium is an extremely strong material that will not shrink, warp, or crack as a result of exposure to the outside environment.
