About the Area
Los Angeles, often abbreviated to L.A., is California’s largest city. It has a population of 3,898,747, making it the second-largest city in the United States after New York City. The LA metro area is known for its multicultural population, Mediterranean climate, and thriving film industry.
Most of the properties are medium-sized (three or four bedrooms) and small (studio to two bedroom) townhomes and high-rise apartments /apartment complexes. Most of the properties are owner-occupied. These residences are established, but not old, having been built between 1970 and 1999. Several residences date back to before 1940.
Considering the greatly fluctuating weather conditions today, many homeowners opt for modern aluminum gates and fencing over traditional wood solutions, which tend to rot with time. Due to the fact that Aluminium is a very strong and durable material, it does not crack, warp, or shrink, even when exposed to the elements outside.
